Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular‑price items are returnable. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We do not process direct exchanges to avoid double shipping delays.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at support@productduo.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will reply within 24‑48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
⚠️ Return shipping cost and any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom or personalized items, and items that come into direct contact with health or hygiene reasons (unless defective). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Approved: your refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be automatically credited within 5–10 business days.
Rejected: you will be notified of the reason.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@productduo.com.
Late or missing refunds (PayPal note): first check your bank account; then contact your card issuer / PayPal; if everything checks out, contact us.
